Review & Giveaway: Koplina Jellies Bite-Sized Skincare and Green Aojiru Matcha

For the recent weeks, I had been consuming Koplina Jellies as well as detoxifying Green Aojiru Matcha sachets and today I'm going to review them. ^_^ Do read on and there'll also be a giveaway for Koplina products!~

During the Koplina introduction session, I was invited to Pantler cafe located at Telok Ayer Street.

At the cafe, +everblue c and me ordered Pantler Cheesecake, Ricotta Cheese Tart... (I love their Ricotta Cheese Tarts! so light and so yum~)

And Pantler's own cold-pressed juice blends. There's a reason why we go for the cold-pressed juices, I'll come back to this later, so read on~ ^_^

Koplina Green Aojiru Matcha
Aojiru has long been touted as a Japanese secret to good health and longevity, ever since its development in 1943 - a popular Japanese vegetable drink which translates directly to 'green juice'.
For many for suffer from irregular eating habits and constipation, dine out on a regular bassis, or indulge in oily foods and meat often, Koplina Green Aojiru Matcha will ease these dietary-related problems within 4-6 weeks.

The detoxifying drink contains the following ingredients:

Koplina Green Aojiru Matcha is targeted to boost intestial health and metabolism; lower blood sugar; and provide essential fibres that are often missing from a mordern diet, especially for those who do not regularly consume vegetables. Furthermore, its detoxifying effects are known to bring out a clearer, more radiant complexion as your body functions at its best.

It is most effective when consumed in the mornings on empty stomach, while your body is already in natural detox mode and its absorption rate is at its optimum. Each 2.5g sachet of this versatile, pleasant-tasting drink can be mixed with 80ml of cold or lukewarn water, milk, yoghurt or any other beverages. 1-2 sachets can be taken on a daily basis.

And so that is why I had a cold-pressed juice at Pantler cafe because I wana try out the Matcha with my juice. I recently been fond of matcha taste (not too strong though and prefered it a little sweeter taste) hence I quite enjoyed drinking the juice blend with the Green Aojiru Matcha.
I am a perfect 'test subject' for this Green Aojiru Matcha because I'm a person who eat little amount of vegetables each day and I have casual meals almost everyday such as taking oily food, fried and lots of carbo and meat. Only during recent months I began minimising the intake of unhealthy food but I can't say that my diet is balance now because I'm still eating out everyday. Knowing that cooked food bought outside are often a little more oily, a little more sweet and a little more salty thus I would still need something else to make my daily diet a balanced one and this is where Green Aojiru Matcha comes in.
When I start taking the matcha, my bowel movement becomes a little smoother, lesser hard stools and it helps me clear my bowel on the next day after suffering from a day or two of constipation.
I normally take them on alternate days or on days I feel that I may experience constipation if not, during times when I think I have consumed many oily food with not enough fibre.
Aside from the health benefits that I gained from consuming the matcha, I also like the taste of it when it's mixed with juices, tea or milk. I prefer it to be blended with other beverages than drinking it with just plain water.I had also taken it with ice-cream and it is really yummyyyy~ ^,^ I just had to be careful not to choke on the powder so I mixed the ice-cream with the powder first before eating.

Vitamin C serves as a potent antioxidant and enhances collagen prduction, while collagen is also present.

10 strips per box, packaged in different colours so I will know which colour is which flavour. ^,^

Ever since I started on bite-sized beauty jellies, I began to love having them as snacks inbetween meals or dessert mixed with ice-cream or, just eating them alone.
The jellies are very flavourful and not being too overly sweet like candies so I really like eating them.

For the CoQ10 Hokkaido Melon flavoured strps, they are very very soft and has a thin consistency so they are easily swallowed after just a few bites. They contain some water which seem like it's melon juice. I need to be careful when tearing the strip so as to prevent the liquid from flowing out.
The jelly is pretty sour and also quite sweet at the same time. I experienced a very sweet after taste with this jelly but it's not as sickly as those super sweet candies.

For the Placenta Rose flavoured jellies, when squeezed out of the sachet, they look thick and firm, contain less liquid in them and they are really chewy. I tasted peach along with rose and they're only a little bit sweetened and also a little sour. After taking both, I prefer Placenta jelly over CoQ10 because its more chewy and the flavour isn't too much, they tasted just nice in my mouth. ^_^
After consuming them for a period of time, I find my skin looking pretty good, less inflammations and appear slightly more radiant. I couldn't say much for my saggy skin as it still look quite the same to me. I only notice slight differences in the following morning after consuming 1 or 2 strips of either of the jellies. Even though the collagen concentration is not high but it is still good to take them to maintain the skin youthfulness and prevent it from further aging.
