Event & Swatches: Burberry Beauty makeup experience with Larry Yeo

It was my first time visiting the Burberry Beauty counter at TANGS Beauty. Met up with quite a few bloggers as well at the event and not forgetting the well-known celebrity makeup artist, Larry Yeo too!

Makeup Demonstration by Larry Yeo

Larry demonstrates a sophisticated smokey eye look on the model using the Burberry Complete Eye Palette - Smokey Grey No.01.

He taught us to fill in the colours using a contour brush for a smokey eye makeup. The narrow corner of the contour brush should sit nicely into the crease, that is where the greys should stop. Apply the darker grey first and layer on with lighter shades on top. Then start blending upwards towards the brow bone using the same brush. It's advisable not to use light colours on the browbone (just below the brows) for highlight cos it will kinda look old school.

Larry used a red lipstick for the blush! Innovative! And it look so natural on the model's cheeks~

And finally finish off with using Lip Glow lip gloss on the model's lips. Tadah! That's all for the demonstration using Burberry Beauty makeup~

At the end of the event, I received a Burberry goodie bag. Oh wow, my first Burberry! Not bags or apparel but makeup. hahhax~
