Couple days ago, I unboxed the newly arrived Lazada X Hada Labo 9.9 Surprise Box!

This has got to be one of my favourite surprise boxes I've received so far. Reason being that there are at least 80% of the items in the box I will definitely use and would most likely finish it VERY fast. *hint hint* hahax~

There're a few more products in the box that I have not revealed. And the rest of the items probably worth almost equal amount as what were shown in my video.

This is a thick creamy cream... feel creamy yet not too oily on my dry skin
.
The cream works wonder on reducing the redness on my face (notice a huge improvement of red patchy uneven skin on my face after using this for about a week)
.
Doesn't cause any irritation and does help to prevent skin from getting irritated or itchy (I have sensitive eczema skin which get irritated very easily... this cream does cause me any issue)
.
As for the soothing part.. it does feel nice on the skin BUT I didn't get the "wow it's so soothing" feel~
.
Anyway... I do agree that this does help to improve stressed skin (I don't look so tired... pores look smaller when skin are well hydrated... fine lines look less dry and I doesn't have any tightness or flakey skin during the past few weeks of using this cream. (The cream works really well with my serum and rosehip seeds oil)

My recent haul from The Spa-Lon Beauty & Pain Management (City Square Mall). I love using BioNike Singapore products and had actually stopped using them for awhile as I'm rotating around my other 16834691 #skincare products in my stash. Ok I dun have tat many like some others but still.. 😅
I was real lucky tat day to have went down before their event ended, managed to grabbed some items tat I long wanted to try. They were also very generous in their door gift. Absolutely love it! Gona bring those travel sets to my upcoming stayca and travels!
In the middle of the pic shows one defence sun sunblock which has tha capability of blocking not only UVA, UVB but also IR (blue light emitted from our phones, monitors and whatnot). It's said tat Bionike was one of the first few companies tat released sunblock which has this special feature. This was actually bought back then in Watsons when I was venturing for different kind of sunblock to use.
Another brand I wanted to try was Kneipp becos I heard from a dear friend tat it's good. 😁 It's really worth a buy during this private sale event. Last but not least, few more photos at the back (swipe ⬅️) shows some of the existing and upcoming new products from the company. There will be a new range of hair colour products from Bionike hitting the shelves soon! Keep a watch out for them~ 😉

Relatively 🆕 Althea Petal Velvet Sunaway SPF50+ PA++++ and Petal Velvet Powder which I brought over to Macau..
I really like the Sunaway as I felt really light, velvety yet non-drying, non-greasy at the same time. Hardly have a sunblock that felt that way on my skin hmm.. 🤔
The powder which I brought along was the beige shade and it was rather orangey on my skin and a little dry but it did gave me a velvety flawless pore less look at the beginning. As I used it in a pretty dry climate in Macau, I'm gonna use them again in SG🇸🇬 to see if it works good in our hot and humid weather. 😊

This eyeshadow palette has gota be my favourite palette for this year and probably next year too. I could create multiple looks using only these 6 colours. The colours are warm and they suit my skin tone very well.

My favourite #lipstick for these couple of months is @laneve_official Rose Velvet Lipstick in 01 Nude Rose.
It wasn't all that nude shade as i expected in compare to the pics shown on Althea site. BUT I really love the shade (only felt it looked darn good after applying)! It isn't too rosy red and has a nudey autumn feel to it which suits my skin tone. (personally do not like lipsticks with too much red pigment as it makes me look old, so I always pick the nuder ones)
It has a velvet finish and doesn't give too much of a powdery texture. Still has a creamy touch to it and maintains the hydration on my lips quite well.
It's been a long time since I come across such beautiful soft shade with nice texture like this. What's more awesome is that it cost less than $10! Now I'm all #Lanéve than 3CE...😝

Thanks to @smitten_pr, 313 @ Somerset and Toei Animation for the wonderful experience as well as bringing in the store along with many merch to us SGreans! It's like my childhood dream finally came true after 25 yrs!! 😭
I've been thinking so hard of what I should get at the pop-up and I didn't splurge like I used to. One thing for sure is I do not really need plushies, pillows, notebooks, stickers & such cos I don't use them and keeping them will only give me more work as I need to clean them. The only thing tat caught my attention was this cute masking tape cutter that I thought would be good for my washi tapes. The shape also resembles my Creer Beaute makeup packaging (although more toy-like but I likey the design~).
I'm also glad that I received the mirror at the event. I can never have enuf of mirrors (already have many Sailor Moon themed mirrors😅). Moreover, this comes with swarovski crystals & large enuf to view my big head. 😆

Breaking out a new cushion to try ~ April Skin Magic Snow Fixing foundation

This has a natural (semi matte finishing).... make skin look nice on first application but overall a little drying for my dry skin. I can see a little bit flakey and patchy on my drier area

#Review: Been using Heynature #cosmetics for sometime now (see swatches of them in previous IG post). Here's my thought about them -
➡️ Zero Defect Cushion BB SPF35/PA++ in shade 21: It's been quite long since I last used a cushion for my base makeup as I always find them very cakey and drying. This year I started using one and I was amazed of how flawless and lasting it was thus I wanted to try more cushion. This particular HeyNature cushion is very suitable for my type of skin - combi oily with slight dehydrated (& aging) skin condition. Last almost the whole day without shifting, feeling overly drying or cakey. T-zone still oils up a little after sometime. I would tissue away the excess sebum, pat a little compact powder and it will look fresh again. Shade is greyish on me plus it is about 1-2 shades fairer than my skin thus I look ashy (or green, as described by a friend) but with point makeup, it look slightly better. Works well with other brand's concealer and point makeup. I would absolutely love to continue using this cushion if it is made in a warmer tone. It is also packed full of product, 18g vs the usual 15g from other brands. There's still alot of product left even though I use it everday for 3 weeks.
➡️ Easy-Peasy Powder with #Erseongcho: Works really well together with Zero Defect cushion but not as good with other brand's bases. When applied alone, will make my face look slightly ashy but looks better when used with the right shade of base on my face.
➡️ Dual Color Lipstick no.2 Red Velvet & no.6 Nude Scarlet: No concealing of my grey pigmented lips required to use the Nude Scarlet lipstick thus tat explains how pigmented it is. Has a slight gloss finish. Absolutely love both shades, sometimes I used both on my lips with Red Velvet in the inner and Nude Scarlet on the outer.
➡️ Easy Draw Waterproof Eyebrow in Brown, GrayBrown & Gray: First 2 application was good as the lead was sharp on the edges then it went blunt after that so I have to use a brow brush to define the shape and tail. Must be applied with a light hand as it will pile into a layer of wax if pressure is applied and if I go over same area more than 2 times. The spoolie works good in blending out the product. Can transfer if I tissue over it, not too sure abt the waterproof ability as I've not went under rain or swim with the makeup. 😜
I use Brown and GrayBrown more often as it matches my hair colour.
