No Puffery™ is very watery kind of gel yet it doesn't flow when I tilt my hand and it doesn't drip.

Applying it on half right of the back of my hand. 

It totally gets absorbed into my skin almost instantly when I spread the gel out. It leaves no trace of greasiness. It only shows minimal gloss on the skin surface and when I move my hand the skin feels firm and slightly tight. The skin surface feels a little sticky but subsides after a minute or so.
