🔊 For those who haven't seen my IG stories.. So basically it's Mimi first time having a soft tissue trauma (kinda like muscle tear/sprain..) on his right limb and he's totally not moving the whole day for almost a week now. I had to drag him out of a cupboard/shelf/sleeping place to hand feed him otherwise he won't eat and drink at all.
So here's how I feed him food and water. Good thing though he still wants to eat when I place food literally infront of his mouth. This trauma can last days to weeks to even months depending on the seriousness and how fast he can recover.

So I've been raving abt @hera.singapore Black foundation some time ago and few of you asked me if it's really worth getting. I would DEFINITELY buy again if I runs out of black foundation. And yes, I almost did went out of it..probably left a few pumps more as u can see.

I've got some recommendations from the brand trainer itself. It's said that this foundation is REALLY good. Not only does it has good coverage but it makes one look like a taitai 🤣. Hahaha what a description! So yah I went ahead to get it during the 8 Mar 10% sale+free delivery and received it within 2 days!
No review for Sulwhasoo as I haven't tried it yet!
▶️ #HERA Black foundation 21W2 - Semi matte (feels abt 40% matte), buildable coverage (medium to high), yellow-est shade among all the rest, blends really well, doesn't shift or float much but even if it does when my skin oils up, it doesn't become cakey, no patches of missing foundie on oilier part of my face, the best liquid foundie tat can last whole day without drying up my skin. It also doesn't settle much into fine lines and wrinkles.
▶️ #espoir be silk Pro Tailor Foundation 23W (TAN Y) - Semi matte (similar to HERA's), buildable coverage (can be from sheer to high), more towards peachy than yellow, doesn't sit as well as hera one when applied ontop of my piled up skincare & sunblock, doesn't shift or float but it cakes when I hv it on medium/high coverage. It sits into pores but doesn't settle much into lines. Best to be used sheer as it cakes much lesser when my skin oils up.
▶️ #Sulwhasoo Sheer Lasting Foundation 17 Ivory Beige - from what I heard, it could oxidise thus I picked the next lighter warm shade (I am actually more to 21-23 skin shade). Slightly matte (abt 30% matte?), has a beautiful glow, buildable coverage (/edit/ it's medium to high!) & smells really nice!

We were half drenched while getting to bakery shop as it was raining very heavily. When finally arrived, there were only two types of cake left. Bandung cheese and Pandan burnt cheese cakes. The burnt cheese.. Doesn't taste much burnt? 🤔 But the Kopi-O was thick, roasted and taste like my fav aunt's self brewed kopi-o! Yum!
While we sat at the table just outside the bakery shop for half an hour, I mumbled over 20 times "NO MORE CAKE" to the walk-in customers entering the bakery shop... And then looking at everyone of them walking out of the shop immediately after entering.lolx~😆 The bakery shop is probably the only shop that has the best biz along the whole of Keong Saik Road!!! Reminds myself to go there on weekday instead in the morning next time. 🙄 I want my matcha burnt cheese cruffin!!!
Also missed out the mcgriddles earlier tat day.. So I had the mcmuffin stack instead. Why am I missing all my foods? =/

It looks very glowy and pretty in photos becos it look 3 times obvious in real life! I can tell you guys, I actually look HORRENDOUS irl!!! Too much blue on my face I almost wanted to faint. Thus quickly blend it out with a little more blush and powder before heading out. 😅
Also, highlighter not suitable to be used on bumpy, saggy skin and/or large pores as it accentuates those areas even more... Just like mine 💁🏻♀️ welcome to my blackholes⚫⚫⚫

A message I recently saw resonates with me...(⬅️swipe to see) And maybe also resonates with many others too.
Yes I know I'm old and shouldn't be doing this anymore (I always term myself as a retiring coser anyways). However cosplayers aren't models and should not be judged as one (unless they themselves state so). We r happy to have cos for the event and it allowed us to reminisce our fav 90s anime and heroine. There r ppl who r mums here and ppl who CAN even be any of your mum... still, able to pick up courage to dress like this. Tell me, which mother would do that?! Only ppl who has the passion to cos would. Cosplay doesn't only open to pretty or handsome ppl. If cosplayers r pretty, it's just a plus point. And mind you, our costumes cost alot and we painstakingly took time to make some parts out that can't be bought off shelves/online. It took money, time, effort and sometimes even our blood to make the costume (when accidentally poked own finger with needle or burnt our own hand with hot gun glue etc). Even if we do buy or borrow costumes, we still make sure all of the necessary things worn on our body are accurate as the anime/manga including earrings which you probably BARELY can see in any of our photos! It is even more hard work for those who r not pretty teens anymore becos we need to make sure the costume is 200% more prettier than we look. So don't ever tell a cosplayer your costume/wig looks cheap.

New year open new skin care~
Although not all my skincare are from the same brand but I can't deny that there is one thing I have used for years and have not changed. It is @eauthermaleavenesg Eau Thermale Thermale Spring Water. I used it alone, mix with toner, with serum, with moisturiser, as a cooling mist during hot weather and to freshen up my skin or makeup. It's the one mist I often stock up again, again and again. 😊

Thanks to @oilperfectskincare for sending me the bigger bottle of Palmarosa Perfect Cleansing Oil, it kept my skin hydrated and pores clean from makeup and impurities. I emptied it together with previously received Perfect Balance Face Oil Serum (for oily skin) which I use it every day and night ❤️
And lately I have switched to using Gentle Repair Face Oil Serum (for dry skin) as well as Antioxidant Eye (Oil Serum for eyes). Totally loving them and I'm already halfway to finish for both!
Nowadays it is hard for me to not use anhydrous face oil for a day because as we age, the skin surface becomes more and more dehydrated regardless even if I have oily type skin.
I'll be penning down my thoughts as well for these two new products that I'm currently using so watch out for my post~ 😉

At Museum @ My Queenstown half completed mural. Been wanting to come down for sometime already as I missed Queenstown so much since I've spent 10 over yrs growing up in this area, visiting these three iconic places almost everyday. #Mamonde creamy eye color balm in light yellowish gold is a pretty good eyeshadow primer, smudge proof, can brighten up my eyes and hide a little bit of my dark circles as well (when drawn over the eye bags aka aegyo sal). Overall it's pretty good and I like tat I have picked the right colour as the shade's very universal.
#Peripera lipstick is quite drying although colour payoff is pretty good thus I needa use something creamy and moisturising to match with it like the #EtudeHouse [You are my rose] lipstick which is a medium sheer berry shade. I used it to apply in the centre of the lips to create a little gradient look. Video may not show any diff before/after I apply the makeup as I have already applied a light layer prior. 🎶 credits: Over N Over by Not The King 👑

First time trying @altaigearsg adventure shoes made with super fabric what supposed to be waterproof cut proof or what not. There wasn't black and red don't have my size so well, just got the blue-yellow. Comes with free insoles that has good support for my high arch feet, yesh! Maybe I should test this out by hiking... Idk, Bukit timah Hill? 😅
