Myth: Sudsy shampoos are better at cleaning the scalp.

Fact: They don’t. Instead, rich foamy shampoos can lead to unhealthy tresses.

The culprit? Sulfates, the foaming agent found in countless hair care products. This chemical detergent can aggravate scalps and damage hair fiber. Healthy hair becomes dry and hair colour becomes dull. Hair fibers become weak from lack of natural essential oils and eventually break.
